“I would like to acknowledge Nicole for an outstanding job!!! I came in looking for a specific size of jeans and asked if it was possible to order. Nicole and 2 other team members were talking and she said sure and began to call other dealerships to see if they had the size in stock. “The ole lady and I walked in mainly looking around and maybe buy a Tshirt , kinda what we do when we hit a harley shop we haven’t been in before. I walked around a couple times waiting to be mobbed by sales, pretty much the norm, and to my surprise the staff went about their business and left me to mine, which I thought was awesome. I’ve been shopping around for a roadking for awhile( I want a kind of specific bike, probably gonna be a build-up but I like to look anyway) I hovered near one and Marcos came over and we talked. The bike didn’t really grab me so we just talked for awhile. Marcos was an awesome guy , knowledgeable and professional, but let me have my space too. Afterwards and kind of on the way out he showed me a 91 heritage out in the lot that was a beautiful bike, been kind of looking around for one for the wife, and we looked at it for awhile, I like to sleep things over before I buy so I passed for now and we headed home. On the way I couldn’t shake that bike and Marcos had presented it so well I just couldn’t help it. Told Jo I was gonna buy it and called Marco and asked him to make me an offer ish. We went through the horse trading process and Marcos was there for me the whole time. Next day I came up after we had come to sort of terms and test drove , Eddie was awesome to test ride with and took the girl out for a spin. Found a couple things and went back and we made the deal. Ended up Marcos, Jeff and the whole team had to stay after closing to help make it all happen and the bike ( although I’m still waiting on a couple things to get done with it) was mine. I travel the continental US and Puerto Rico for work and This was one of if not the best experiences I’ve had getting another bike. "I was looking at a 2006 Harley Davidson Electric Glide on line that was located in Allen, TX. After I had inserted my information, a short time later, I received a call from Angel Alba who is a salesman associated with Dallas Harley Davidson. I was informed that he would have the bike transferred to his store and an appointment was set for a Saturday morning to meet and look at the bike. Angel went out of his way with have the bike brought over and the bike in general was just as it had been displayed in the pictures on line. Last Christmas I received a huge gift card. In January I ordered a set of Yaffe bars from the shop. My estimated wait went from a few days to end of the month to next month to April. AJ took care of me through all this. He switched vendors, and calls and did everything he could to make sure I got what I wanted. Best of all he did what he said he would do, every time. “Road in from Charleston SC and was in need of some tires and rear break pads. Had me ready to go in a couple hours. Also found a warranty issue and fixed that the next day. Took care to do things right and not rush through. Tires were a life saver as I got into some severe weather. Broken GPS screen and some audio issues were all that were broken. “Talked with the shop about a problem I had getting 3 T-25 bolts out of the derby cover. They gave me some ideas and said if I can't get it out bring it up and a tech would help me out. I got 2 out, but could not get the 3rd. I took it up and in 20 minutes they told me it was done. I asked how much and they said don't worry about it.
