Stage 1 Harley-Davidson® Upgrade
Sometimes customers want simple upgrades that enhance the look, sound and performance of their Harley, and a Stage 1 Screamin’ Eagle upgrade provides all three. This upgrade boosts performance up to 10 percent.
The key is an oiled cotton filter that maximizes airflow. It filters contaminants while maximizing the amount of available oxygen. It works by increasing airflow, because when more air comes in and moves out of your bike’s engine, it increases the potential power available. Stage 1 components also give you choices for enhancing and customizing the look of your bike.
For example, choose the shape and color of your intake kit to either make your bike stand out or create a sleeper bike that keeps others guessing. Choose the shape of ventilator or heavy breather that best matches the overall look you’re going for.
You’ll also get fine-tuned exhaust that makes your heart pound just idling and really comes alive under acceleration. Choose between Screamin’ Eagle slip on mufflers or a complete exhaust system for a sound and style upgrade. The improved airflow and superior heat management contribute to better overall performance.
We put it all together with performance tuning. Basically, when we make changes to your bike, we’ll also update your bike’s settings to run most efficiently with its upgrades so you can experience that additional power and performance.
Stage 2 Harley-Davidson® Upgrade
The Stage 2 Harley-Davidson® upgrade involves a cam change. We can provide a stage 2 torque kit that gives you a significant improvement when you’re passing or accelerating by targeting lower RPM performance. Or, a stage 2 power kit upgrade increases your rev limit to 6400 RPM for increased mid-range horsepower. Depending on the kit you choose, get 30 percent more horsepower and 10 percent more torque when correctly installed and tuned. Plus, when your upgrade is dealer installed, your original motorcycle warranty stays in place.
Stage 3 Harley-Davidson® Upgrade
Stage 3 gets you big bore cylinders and a pistons upgrade. Our Milwaukee-manufactured cylinders have an increased diameter for higher compression, forged aluminum pistons give you more power while maintaining balance, and we also throw in an SE8-498 cam. More air flows through for a higher compression ratio and enhanced combustion. Additional high capacity lifters, a cam bearing, clutch components, and gaskets make sure everything works together seamlessly. You get up to 24 percent more torque and a jaw-dropping 34 percent more horsepower.
Stage 4 Harley-Davidson® Upgrade
For the highest power upgrade available, we'll address the top end of your Harley's engine. We start with the increased diameter cylinder and high compression pistons as the Stage 3 upgrade kit. Those upgraded components feed air through a cast aluminum manifold into a larger, 64 mm throttle body. Then we install a unique cam with the highest available lift and additional components so it all works together. You get up to 24 percent more torque and an insane 50 percent more horsepower over an originally equipped Harley.
